Price Promise terms and conditions

​

1. We'll match against any other UK retailer store price excluding offer, discounts, sale etc. Our Price Promise can be claimed against any competitor in the mainland UK, but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.

2. We’ll match the prices of any products (not inc delivery and/or other services) offered on identical terms and where we can check the price and stock position. The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.

3. Both us and the company in question must have the product in stock and available for delivery

5. The competitor store must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.

6. We must also have the product in question in stock.

7. Gift vouchers are exempt.

8. Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.

9. We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.

10. The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.

11. Our Price Promise applies up to 7 days after purchase. Proof of purchase will be required, without exception.

12. All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Mika Couture.

13. We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.
